Purchased from a vintage shop 6 years ago.
The top is a charm made from a pin badge sold in the 1970s.
The chain is not Tiffany-made, but it is sterling silver 925.
Tiffany created this series in the 1970s as a charity to support people with alcohol dependence. The success rate was very high at 90%, making this a wonderful piece not only for its design but also for its background.
There are other phrases like "TRY GOD" and "GOOD NEWS," but this item, in particular, is a three-tiered design and is highly valuable.
Please be aware that fake charms are common. Be wary of items that are too clean, have poorly cut lettering, or where the letter "L" is unusually curved inward. Compare the images carefully, including the hallmarks.
