These templates allow routing of different sized rounded corners on any workpiece using a bearing guided pattern bit. Layout, cutting and cleanup work is greatly minimized. The set include 3 clear templates each containing 4 different sized radii. Sizes range from 1/8 inch to 1 inch in 1/16 inch increments. Sizes include: 1/8, 3/16, 1/4, 5/16, 3/8, 7/16, 1/2, 9/16, 5/8, 3/4, 7/8, and 1 inch. Each individual jig is CNC machined from 5/16 inch acrylic and are 4-3/4 inches square. Comes with 4 alignment pins to position templates exactly where you want a rounded corner and screws to secure while being routed.
